Once your build is complete and your site is prepared, we will schedule a delivery appointment and decide on an off-loading strategy.
*You will be required to submit final payment before scheduling an appointment
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Your container will be delivered to your address with updates from the independent carrier. When your container arrives, you will accept delivery and sign any necessary documents. our designated off-loading crew will place your container at it's final location.
What Happens
After Delivery
After your container is placed at it's final location, you're ready for utility hookup! If you have prepped correctly, this should be an easy task for your favorite local & licensed contractors. We're here to provide any extra support.
We accept cash, check, ACH transfer, and most major credit/debit cards for payment
Ordering Process
Design & Deposit
Work with our team to finalize the design of your Boks! All projects require a 60% non-refundable deposit to begin construction.
Construction
Once we receive a deposit, we’ll begin construction on your project! Track the build with photos and status updates via text or email.
Delivery
When your project is complete, we require the remaining balance be paid in full. Our logistics team will coordinate your delivery!

Site Requirements
Ensure your container can be safely placed when it arrives on location!
Foundation
Our containers can sit on corner blocks or trap rock, but a concrete pad is the most stable option and our personal recommendation.
Utilities
Most containers require a 20v split-phase connection. All water lines should be buried below the lowest level of frost penetration
Estimated Cost
Ancillary costs can fluctuate greatly. Plan ahead by speaking with local contractors. We'll provide any necessary information!
